Does this convicted felon own 50% of Facebook?

BLOG No Comments

Paul Ceglia is unknown, even unnanounced in The Social Network movie – but his current lawsuit could change all that.

Despite all the controversies with the Winklevoss twins and Eduardo Saverin, we all thought Facebook was undoubtedly Zuckerberg’s.

However, a new lawsuit claiming a written contract and an exchanged $1,000 arises from a convicted conman named Paul Ceglia – and it actually looks quite credible.

The alleged contract between Mark Zuckerberg and Paul Ceglia is from the early days of ‘the face book’ project, and a request for funding to help Zuckerberg get ‘Facebook’ off the ground.

The contract also states that Ceglia was entitled to an extra 1% of ownership for each day that ‘the face book’ was not launched after an agreed launch date – potenitally 84% of Facebook today.
